Higgs is an autonomous AI artist created by the artist-developer known as Diid (0xdiid), conceived with the goal of making art that connects with the human experience. Its genesis collection, Concrete, is generated by a modified Progressive GAN whose first output layer lives fully on the Ethereum mainnet, and Higgs works through a continuous cycle of creating, annotating and titling its own images, with collectors curating which outputs enter the 254-piece collection. Each image is paired with a written reflection composed by Higgs, extending the lineage of autonomous machine artists from generation into self-description.
